湿性医疗技术治疗儿童颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤的临床探讨

Clinical Study of MEBT/MEBO in Treating Children Facial Burns of Ⅱ Degree

目的探讨湿性医疗技术治疗儿童颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤的临床疗效,为临床治疗提供可靠依据。方法对2003年2月～2013年2月收治的208例颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤患儿采用湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)换药治疗,总结、分析其临床效果。结果 208例患儿创面全部一期愈合,治愈率100%;愈合时间:浅Ⅱ度为10.67 d±1.03 d,深Ⅱ度为16.32 d±2.24 d;浅Ⅱ度烧伤患儿无瘢痕形成,皮肤弹性正常,无明显色素沉着,深Ⅱ度烧伤患儿中14例有非增生性软瘢痕形成,暗红色、略高于皮肤表面,有轻度色素沉着或色素减退。结论 MEBO治疗儿童颜面部Ⅱ度烧伤创面,患儿痛苦小,创面愈合快,色素沉着轻,瘢痕形成率及器官伤残率降低。

Objective To explore the clinical effects of MEBT/MEBO in the treatment of children facial burns of Ⅱ degree, providing reliable evidence for clinical treatment. Methods Two hundred and eight children with second-degree facial burns admitted between February 2003 and February 2013 were treated with dressing change of MEBO Ointment. The clinical effects were summarized and analyzed. Results All the wounds of 208 children realized primary healing with a cur ative rate of 100%. The healing time for superficial second degree was 10. 67 d ± 1.03 d and deep second degree 16. 32 d ± 2. 24 d. Children with superficial second degree bums got cured with normal skin elasticity, no scar formation and no ob vious pigmentation, while of the children with deep second degree burns, 14 children developed non-hyperplastic soft scars which were dark red, a little higher than the normal skin, with mild hyperpigmentation or hypopigmentation. Conclusion MEBO as used to treat children facial burns of second degree can realize such effects as less pain, faster healing, milder hy perpigmentation and lower rate of scar formation and disability.
