Gonadotropin-Releasing Hormone Agonist and Early Pregnancy

【目的】研究于妊娠早期意外使用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂后的妊娠结局。【方法】回顾分析过去 7年 3 0 0 0多个体外受精与胚胎移植周期中发生的 13个于妊娠早期意外使用促性腺激素释放激素激动剂的病例之临床资料。【结果】在 13例中 ,5例分娩健康婴儿 6个 (其中 1例双胎 ) ,2例流产 ,3例在妊娠中 (其中 1例双胎 ) ,失访 3例。【结论】早期宫内妊娠短期意外使用GnRH激动剂 ,可分娩正常婴儿 ,不必要终止妊娠。

Objective To evaluate the outcomes of human gestations exposed in very earlystaye to Gonadotropin-releasing hormone agonist (GnRH agonist). Methods To summarize the clinical data including the pregnancy outcomes of 13 case, who were exposed to GnRH agonist at very early stage of their pregnancies, among 3 000 in vitro fertilization and embryo trabsfer(IVF-ET)cycles during the last 7 years. Result Five pregnancies produced six normal babies, two pregnancies are aborted and three are carrying on. Three pregnancies lost following up. Conclusion There appear to be no increased risk of birth defects or pregnancy wastage in pregnancies exposed to daily low dose GnRHa therapy in early of gestation.
