心肌梗死后心室肌复极的变异性

Variability of Ventricular Repolarization in Patients with Myocardial Infarction

【目的】探讨心肌梗死后心室肌复极的变异性。【方法】用计算机自动测量技术及 2 4hHolter记录仪 ,分析心肌梗死组 (n =35 )和对照组 (n =37) 2 4hQT、QTc间期变异性 (QTV、QTcV)。【结果】心肌梗死组 2 4hQTV指标中ASDQT较对照组增大 (P <0 0 5 ) ,心肌梗死组 2 4hQTcV指标中SDQTc、SDAQTc、rMSSDQTc、CVQTc较对照组增大 (P <0 0 5 ) ,两组各频域指标 (HF ,LF ,TF ,HF/LF)比较无明显差别 (P >0 0 5 )。【结论】心肌梗死后QTV、QTcV增大 ,提示心室肌复极在时间上的不均一性增加。

Objective To study primarily the variability of ventricular repolarization in patients with myocardial infartion(MI). Method To measure and analysis the QT intervals variability (QTV) and the QTc intervals variability (QTcV) by the 24 h Holter record in 35 patients with MI and 37 controls using computer. Result Some indexes of QTV(ASDQT) and most indexes of QTcV(SDQTc、SDAQTc、rMSSDQTc、CVQTc) increased in patients with MI than that of the control group(P<0 05) significantly. And there is no difference of the indexes of the frequency domain between the two groups(P>0 05). Conclusion The QTV and QTcV increased in patients with MI,which indicated that the temporal heterogenity of ventricular repolarization increased in patients with MI.
