自身免疫性肝炎超声表现分析

Study of ultrasonography manifestations in patients with autoimmune hepatitis

目的总结分析自身免疫性肝炎患者的超声表现,并探讨原因。方法收集2000年1月-2008年5月天津医科大学总医院确诊的51例自身免疫性肝炎患者的超声诊断并进行回顾性分析。结果自身免疫性肝炎患者的异常超声表现有(1)肝脏:质地不均、密度减低、肝脏缩小、被膜不光滑等;(2)胆囊:胆囊壁增厚、胆囊窝水肿、胆囊强回声团等;(3)脾脏:脾脏增大、脾静脉扩张;(4)腹腔多发淋巴结;(5)腹腔积液等。结论自身免疫性肝炎患者的超声表现为肝脏、胆囊、脾脏、淋巴结等异常,其中腹腔淋巴结增大在自身免疫性肝炎患者中表现较多。

Objective To analyze ultrasonography manifestations in patients with autoimmune hepatitis, and to dis cuss the mechanism. Methods 51 patients with autoimmune hepatitis were collected in Tianjin Medical University Hos pital from Jan. 2000 to May. 2008. Then the ultrasonography manifestations were analyzed. Results Uhrasonography manifestations of autoimmune hepatitis were as follows： （ 1 ） the liver： the configuration＇ s asymmetry, density＇ s de- crease, hepatocirrhosis, cancer and so on; （2） the gallbladdder： thickening of gallbladder wall and edema of the gall bladder fossa, bil estone and so on; （3） splenomegaly; （4） enlargement of abdominal lymph nodes; （5） ascites and so on. Conclusion Autoimmune hepatitis can demonstrate several abnormal findings involving the liver, gallbladder, lymph nodes, spleen etc. The enlargement of abdominal lymph node is commom in patients with autoimmune hepatitis.
