肝硬化患者血清GLP-1和PYY变化及其与消化不良症状的关系 被引量:1

摘要 目的探讨肝硬化患者血清GLP-1和PYY水平变化及其与消化不良症状的关系。方法用ELISA法检测乙型肝炎肝硬化患者(肝硬化代偿组和肝硬化失代偿组)和健康对照者血清中GLP-1和PYY的水平,并根据功能性消化不良罗马Ⅲ标准,制定消化道症状评分标准,记录消化道症状评分,观察血清GLP-1和PYY水平与消化不良症状之间的关系。结果与健康对照组相比,乙型肝炎肝硬化患者血清GLP-1和PYY水平均升高,失代偿组显著高于代偿组,并且血清GLP-1和PYY水平与肝硬化患者的消化不良症状呈正相关。结论乙型肝炎肝硬化患者存在高GLP-1血症和高PYY血症,其与早饱、上腹胀痛等消化不良症状有关。 Objective To investigate the changes of serum GLP-1 and PYY in patients with liver cirrhosis and the relationship between them and dyspepsia symptoms. Methods Patients with liver cirrhosis were collected as the experi mental group and they were divided into two groups, one was compensated liver cirrhosis group, the other was decom pensated liver cirrhosis group. And healthy volunteers were chosen as the control group. Enzyme-linked Immuno Sorbent Assay (ELISA) was used to detect the levels of GLP-1 and PYY in their blood of all the subjects ( including compensa ted liver cirrhosis group, decompensated liver cirrhosis group and normal control group). According to the Functional Dyspepsia Roman m Standard, the dyspepsia symptom score scale was made and the patients' scores were recorded. Then the relationship between dyspepsia symptoms sores and the concentration changes of GLP-1 and PYY in the serum were observed. Results Compared with normal control group, the GLP-1 and PYY concentrations in patients with liver cirrhosis significantly increased, and those in decompensated liver cirrhosis group were higher than compensated liver cirrhosis group. Dyspepsia symptoms scores had positive relationship with the GLP-1 and PYY concentrations. Conclu sion Patients with liver cirrhosis have high GLP-1 and PYY concentrations, they are related to dyspepsia symptoms.
