摘要 CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞是一具有免疫调节作用的细胞群,急性感染期HCV的清除与具有活力的特异性CD4+T细胞和CD8+T细胞的免疫反应有关。本文主要就CD4+CD25+调节性T细胞的一般特性及其在丙型肝炎发病机制中的研究进展作一综述。 CD4 ^+ CD25 ^+ regulatory T cells is a cell population with immunomodulatory effects. The acute phase of in fection with HCV clearance has associated with the immune response of the dynamic specific CD4^+ T cells and CD8 ^+ T cells. In this artical, we will review the general characteristics of CD4 ^+ CD25 ^+ regulatory T cells and research progrest in the pathogenesis of hepatitis C.
