文化力是大学持续生存与发展的竞争力,是大学组织的核心竞争力。处在当今高等教育全球化浪潮中的大学组织,面临着前所未有的激烈挑战与竞争,构建大学文化力是高等教育应对挑战和竞争的一项长远策略,也是大学在全球化竞争中取得胜利的保证。
Cultural force is the competitiveness of the continuing existence and development of colleges as well as the core competitive- ness of college organizations. In the current background of globalization of higher education, college organizations are faced with the un- precedented fierce challenges and competition. Establishment of cultural force is a long - term strategy of high education to deal with challenges and competence. It is also the guarantee for colleges to win the victory in globalization competition.
