通过"全过程、五位一体"职业生涯实践体系建设提升我院专业水平和人才培养质量,解决理论教学和实践教学脱轨问题,改变原有的单纯、片面以理论知识、就业技巧为主的教育体系,探讨适合医学生职业生涯规划教育体系,将医学生职业生涯规划与实践教育紧密结合并贯穿大学教育的全程,搭建医学生教学获取知识与执业行为统一的平台,帮助医学生树立正确的执业观和学习意识。

The construction of practice system for the medical students＇professional career will improve the professional level and training quality, solve the problem of disconnection between theory and practice and change the education system focusing on teaching the theory knowledge and employment skills. This paper explores the education system suitable for the medical students＂ professional career plan- ning, combines the medical students＇professional career planning with the practice education in the whole college education and sets up the platform for unifying knowledge with occupational behaviour in the medical teaching to help students set up correct occupational view and learning awareness.
