地震空间分布的带状集中度C_B

BAND CONCENTRICITY C_B OF SEISMIC SPACE DISTRIBUTION

本文对地震的空间分布提出了一个新的参数C_B——带状集中度,试图定量地表示地震空间分布的成带程度。应用C_B值对1979年1月至1987年12月新疆部分地区的地震活动性进行了研究,结果表明,在大多数中、强地震前,有C_B值的异常峰值变化,认为C_B值在地震预报中有一定的作用。

This paper puts forward a new parameter CB--band concentricity on the spatial distribution of earthquakes so as to quantitatively express the zonary extent of the space distribution of earthquakes. Seismicities in part of Xinjiang Region from January 1979 to December 1987 have been studied by CB value. The result shows that there existed anomalous peak value variation of CB before most of moderate and strong earthquakes. It is considered that the CB value analyses can play a certain role in earthquake prediction.
