摘要 近几年,随着农村小学生源的日益减少、市场经济的发展和社会的需要,大量的农村留守儿童涌入了城市私立小学,这类小学的教学质量要引起我们的重视,通过对此类学校如亳州市B小学调查发现:这类小学的师资来源十分复杂,教师队伍也极不稳定,教学水平整体偏低;老师教学观念陈旧落后,跟不上时代和学生发展的需要;这类小学教学管理过于单调、严格,教学评价唯成绩论,忽略学生整体身心健康发展。针对以上问题,提出提高教学质量的对策。 In recent years, with the dwindling source of rural pupils, the development of market economy and the needs of society, a large number of left - behind children in rural areas increasingly come to private primary schools of cities. The quality of this type of teaching in primary schools arouses our full attention. We investigated Bozhou B Primary School and found the following main factors which affect the teaching quality: first, the source of this type of primary school teachers is very complex, and the teachers are very un- stable, the overall standard of teaching is low. Second, teachers" teaching concept is obsolete and needs to keep up with the times and the development of students. Finally, the teaching management of such primary school is too monotonous and strict, and the teaching e- valuation only depends on the marks, and the teachers ignore the students"overall physical and mental development.
