摘要
观察了二硝基甲苯 (DNT)对大鼠红细胞免疫功能的影响。采用工业品DNT80 / 2 0 (2 ,4-DNT/ 2 ,6 -DNT ,纯度 99 6 % )以植物油为溶剂。选用SD大鼠随机分为 0 ,5 ,1 6 ,5 0mg/kg4组 ,雌雄各半 ,经口灌注DNT植物油混悬液 ,每日 1次 ,连续 1 3周。染毒结束时 ,眶静脉丛取血 ,测定红细胞C3b受体花环率 (RBC -C3bRT)、红细胞免疫复合物花环率 (RBC -ICRT) ,自然肿瘤红细胞花环率(NTER) ,直向肿瘤红细胞花环率 (DTER)。结果 :5 0mg/kg组RBC -C3bRT的降低和RBC -ICRT的升高与对照组比较有显著差异 (P <0 0 5 ) ,5mg/kg和 5 0mg/kg组DTER的降低与对照组比较差异显著 (P<0 0 5 ,P <0 0 1 )。结论 :DNT能导致红细胞免疫功能缺陷。
To study effects of DNT on the immune function of red cell,DNT was dissolved in vegetable oil.SD rats were divided into four groups of different dosages(0,5,16 and 50 mg/kg).They were instilled with respective DNT solution each day for 13 weeks.RBC.C3b.RT,RBC.IC.RT,and NTER were measured.The results indicated that RBC.C3b.RT decreased and RBC.IC.RT increased.Difference existed between 50 mg/kg group and the control group.DTER was lower in 5 and 50 mg/kg groups than those of the control group.It could be concluded that DNT could cause the defect of the immune function of the red cell.
