来曲唑(LE)在治疗不孕症的临床应用具有较大潜力,能抑制芳香化酶活性,抑制雌激素合成,促排卵,且能减少卵巢过度刺激综合征和多胎发生的危险,对子宫内膜及宫颈黏液无不利影响,有剂量小、时间短、不良反应少、耐受性好等优点。LE可能成为新一代一线促排卵药物。

Letrozole（LE） has a greater potential of clinical application in the treatment of infertility.LE can inhibit activity of aromatase and synthesis of estrogen,improve ovulation,and reduce the risk of occurring OHSS and polyem bryony with no adverse effect on endometrium and cervical mucus,having advantages such as small dose,short thera peutic time,less adverse reactions,and good tolerance.LE can become a first-line drug of new generation for improv ing ovulation.
