摘要
目的 :观察穹窿海马伞损伤鼠海马胆碱能纤维损伤后的再生状况。方法 :切断 SD成年大鼠穹窿海马伞 ,用染ACh E纤维的组织化学方法结合网格测试 ,分析术后 1、2、3、4周海马 CA1区和齿状回的分子层胆碱能纤维的侧支抽芽。结果 :损伤 1周时 CA1区和齿状回的分子层胆碱能纤维明显减少 ,分别减少到 6 7.50 %和 6 6 .91% ;从第 2周开始纤维数量逐渐恢复 ,至第 4周 CA1区分子层纤维恢复到正常的 82 .4 2 % ,而齿状回分子层纤维恢复到 97.82 %。结论 :成年哺乳类海马内胆碱能纤维损伤后有很强的侧支抽芽能力。
To investigate the regeneration of AChE positive fibers in hippocampus of adult rats with fimbria-fornix transection. Methods: The fimbria fornix fiber tract was unilaterlly transected in to adult rats by a stereotaxic knife cut. Acetylcholinesterase histochemistry was used to assess quantitatively the cholinergic axonal collateral sprouting in hippocampus 1,2,34 weeks after the operation. Results: The number of cholinergic fibers decreased to 67.50% in the molecular layer of CA1 subregin and 66.91% in the one of dentate gyrus(MDG) by 7 days. Between 2,3 and 4 weeks, the number of cholinergic fibers was increased to 82.42% in CA1 subregin and 97.82% in MDG. On the contralateral side, the AChE positive fibers did not differ from thsoe observed in control rats. Conclusion: The cholinergic fibers in hippocampus of adult mammalian can sprout collaterally after lesion.
