摘要
目的 :为积累国人资料和探讨踝关节面的性别差异。方法 :用电子数显游标卡尺对东北出土的 93副距骨 (男51,女 4 2 )、72副胫骨 (男 36 ,女 36 )和 76副腓骨 (男 36 ,女 4 0 )的踝关节面进行了 14项径线的测量和用米格纸测量各关节面面积 8项 ,用 SPSS软件计算出构成踝关节各关节面的面积指数并进行了侧别、性别比较和多因素判别分析。结果 :各测量项目均无侧别差异 ,但大多具有非常显著的性别差异 ;4个判别分析式的判别正确率为 74 .2 %~86 .0 %。结论 :判别式有助于人类学和法医学的性别判别。
To accumulate the data of Chinese and study the sexual difference of the articular surface of the ankle between two sexes. Methods: Ninety three sets (Male 51, female 42) of talus, 72 sets (M36, F36) of tibia, and 76 sets (M36, F40) of fibula excavated from northeast China were used to measure the diameters and area of articular surface. Besides, the data as well as the sexual discriminant analysis were calculated by SPSS software. Results: There was no side difference of all measurements, but most of them had significant sexual difference. The accurate rates of sexual diagnosis by 4 discriminant formulae were 74.2% to 86.0%. Conclusion: It is useful for sexual discriminant in anthropology and forensic medicine.
