开关磁阻电机(SRM)因其良好特性,非常适合用于电动汽车的驱动单元;然而,SRM的定子模态变形会产生噪声的问题,亟待解决。本研究建立了一种可靠的检测程序,以便评估SRM定子结构动力学。进行了电机微震荡光谱检测,并和较为传统的冲击锤试验进行了对比;经过了传递途径的相互作用的评估和用频率响应函数(FRF)检测的模态分析之后,建立了清晰表现SRM定子结构特性的示意图。SRM定子结构特性的形态构成中的决定性的参数,把与先前的理论结果和实验结果互相联系起来。该最终结果,为人们设计、开发下一代SRMs提供新的见解。
The switched reluctance motor (SRM) benefits from attractive features making it a much suitable candidate for electric vehicle powertrain applications. However, the troublesome acoustic noise, originating from the SRM stator modal deformations, is still to be overcome. The present investigation established a reliable measurement procedure to assess the SRM stator structural dynamics. A miniature-shaker spectral test was implemented and compared with the more conventional impulse hammer test. After assessment of the transfer paths reciprocity and modal analysis of the measured frequency response functions (FRFs), a clear mapping of the structural behaviour of an SRM stator was established. The determined modal parameters were correlated to previous theoretical and experimental research results. The final outcome is to provide new insights for designers willing to develop the next generations of SRMs.
