恶性肿瘤患者及其家属疼痛调查分析

A SURVEY ON MALIGNANT TUMOR PAIN PATIENTS AND THEIR FAMILY MEMBERS

目的:对有疼痛主诉的癌症患者及其家属分别进行调查,以发现目前癌痛控制中存在的问题、采取有针对性的措施,更好地控制癌痛。方法:采用自行编制的疼痛状况调查表,对2011年4月1日～4月14日间在北京大学肿瘤医院住院并有疼痛主诉的患者及其家属进行问卷调查。结果:按时规律服镇痛药的患者只占50.0%;70.0%的患者在调查当时诉中、重度疼痛;76.6%的患者和69.0%家属担心成瘾;80.0%的患者因不良反应太大而对目前的镇痛治疗不满意。结论:癌痛患者和家属对镇痛药的用法和安全性普遍存在错误认知,镇痛治疗不满意的主要原因之一是镇痛药相关不良反应未得到有效处理。

Objective： To conduct investigations on cancer patients with a main complaint of pain and their family members,so as to find out the problems existing in cancer pain control and to explore more effective ways to control cancer pain better.Methods： All the inpatients with a complaint of cancer pain and their families from April 1st to April 14th 2011 in Beijing Cancer Hospital were investigated by the questionnaires designed by authors.Results： Only 50.0% of patients took the analgesics regularly,70.0% of patients still had moderate to severe pain during the investigation,76.6% of patients and 69.0% of family members worried about analgesic addiction,80.0% of patients weren’t satisfied with the current pain therapy due to intolerant analgesic-related side effects.Conclusion： Misunderstanding on the usage and safety of analgesics are common among cancer pain patients and their family members.Poor management of analgesic-related adverse reactions is the main reason which leads to dissatisfied pain control.
