摘要
针对煤化工企业目前设备维修管理所面临的问题,本文提出了一种基于物联网技术的智能预知维修诊断控制策略,即采用物联网技术与智能诊断分析技术的结合,构成对机泵群进行智能监测与诊断的完整的解决方案。运行结果表明该系统通过物联网技术能够及时准确的采集到所监测机泵设备的振动和温度数据,并根据数据的异常状况给出报警提示和检修建议,帮助企业及时发现故障,实现预知性维修。
Aiming at the problem of equipment maintenance faced currently by the coal chemical enterprises and based on the IOT(The lnternet of Things), the paper proposes an intelligent strategy on Predictive Maintenance Diagnostic control, i.e. the combination of lOT with intelligent diagnostic analysis technology, which constitutes a perfect solution to the monitoring and diagnosis of the group of pumps and the mnning results show that the system via IOT could acquire timely and accuratly the vibration and temperature data of the monitored pumps equipments, giving the alarming presentations and maintenance recommendations according to the data deviation, which helps the enterprises find the faults m time and then achieve a predictive maintenance.
