In Marx＇ s opinion, the function of the Ideological and Political Education was to put theory into a material force, and this function germinated from the revolution needs. Karl Marx also searched the mechanism through which the theory put into a material force, that is, if the philosophers could control the people by theory, they would turn the theory into a material force.
