户用沼气池中低温兼性降解纤维素菌群特性的初步研究

摘要 文章通过对从内蒙古呼伦贝尔市隆冬季节户用沼气池中采集并经富集培养、液体发酵获得的低温降解纤维素复合菌群进行生长情况、生理特性、纤维素降解酶活性等方面的初步研究,了解了低温条件下生存的降解纤维素菌群的基本特性,为解决我国北方户用沼气池冬季不产或微产气而无法正常使用的问题提供参考。 This paper from the hulunbuir city winter collection in household biogas digester and the enrichment cultivation,liquid fermentation to obtain low temperature degradation of cellulose composite bacteria on the growth,physiological characteristics,the preliminary research on the cellulose degradation enzyme activity,etc,to understand the low temperature under the condition of survival the basic characteristic of the flora,the degradation of cellulose to solve the household biogas plants in north of China winter does not produce or micro gas and to use the problem laid a foundation.
