摘要 为了研究仙人掌提取物的抑菌活性,将供试微生物接种于含有不同仙人掌提取物的培养基中,测定了最低抑菌浓度,比较了不同提取溶剂提取物抑菌活性的差异;并且通过新鲜仙人掌提取物和仙人掌干粉提取物抑菌作用大小的比较,选出最佳的提取方法。结果表明:仙人掌醇提取物对细菌的抑制作用最好,对其中的金黄色葡萄球菌和大肠杆菌的抑制作用最强,最低抑菌浓度为6.25%,而对霉菌的抑制作用较小;不同溶剂提取物对同一种菌的抑制作用差别较大:乙醇浸提液的抑菌效果比水提取液抑制细菌效果要好;仙人掌干粉提取物的抑菌效果比新鲜仙人掌提取物的抑菌效果要好。 In order to study the bacteriostatic activity of cactus extract,the selected microorganism was inoculated in culture medium containing different cactus extract,the minimal inhibitory concentrations(mic) were measured and compared the bacteriostatic activity of different extraction solvent extracts;And through comparing the bacteriostatic action of the fresh cactus extract and cactus powder extract,select the best extracting method.The results showed that:The bacterial inhibition of cactus alcohol extracts was best,it is strongest to E.coli and S.aureus,the minimum bacteriostatic concentration was 6.25%,and it is less inhibitory effect on the mold.The extracts of different solvents on the same kind of bacteria inhibition significantly different: the effect of ethanol extract was better than water extractbit bacteria.The bacteriostatic effect of cactus powder extract is better than fresh cactus extract.
