基于超声的铅皮导爆索内径尺寸精密检测和误差分析

摘要 针对采用超声测量铅皮导爆索内径存在随机误差、系统误差、粗大误差的问题,分析了误差存在的原因,改进了测量方法,并对测量数据进行分析和处理。实验证明,该方法可减小误差,使测量结果更接近真实的数据,在精密检测中实用性较大。 By use of ultrasonic, aimed at the problem of random error, systematic error and gross error existed in precision inspection on inner diameter of lead-clad detonating cord, the reasons of error were analyzed, and the method of measurement was improved, then the measured data were analyzed and processed by the improved method. Experimental results show that this method can reduce the error and make the measurement results closer to the real data. It has large practicality in the precision inspection.
