摘要 本文介绍了几种应用于地震活动区一至数年内最大地震震级综合估计的统计方法与模糊数学方法。所用的统计方法包括分类概率预报方法、穿过理论方法和改进的极值理论方法。使用的模糊数学方法则有模糊聚类分析、模糊信息检索、地震活动平静异常的模糊识别与模糊自相似等方法。这些大都是近年来的最新研究成果。作为应用实例,文中给出了这几种方法对华北地区1989年最大地震震级的综合估计与检验结果。 This paper introduced several statistical and fuzzy mathematics methods applied to the comprehensive estimation of the maximum earthquake magnitude in seismically active regions within one to several years. The statistial methods used include classified probability prediction method, cross theory method and improved extreme value theory method. The fuzzy mathematics methods used include the fuzzy clustering analysis, fuzzy information retrieval, 'he fuzzy recognition of quiet anomaly of seismic activity and the fuzzy selfsimilarity. Most of these methods are the newest results in recent years. As examples, the results of comprehensive estimation and examination of the magnitude of largest earthquake in North China in 1989 using these methods are presented in this paper.
