摘要
本文主要揭示了重点监视区山西大同、忻定两盆地有仪器记载以来地震活动的几个特点。这些特点主要表现为地震活动随时间的韵律性特征、空间上的动态演变以及强度上的缺震现象;上述特点曾较好地对应过本区内多次强有感地震,并在1989年10月18日大同一阳高6.1级地震前提供了必要的信息。
This paper mainly discussed several features of seismic activity since the recording ear'h-quakes by instruments in the major monitoring region, Datong and Xinding Basins, Shanxi Province The features are mainly expressed as the seismic activity with the rhythmic feature with time, dynamic evolution in space and lack of earthquakes in intensity. The above mentioned features corresponded to many strong felt earthquakes in this region, and provided neces-tury information before the Dotong-Yanggao M 6.1 earthquake on 18 October, 1989.
