摘要
在纺织工业中针织物的密度检测是必要的,而对带花纹的针织物密度检测却存在很大困难,针对这一问题,提出对带花纹的针织物的平针部分进行识别筛选后再进行计算。先将预处理后的图像进行分块,采用灰度共生矩阵分析法,求出最佳标准平针图块拉密度,根据比例可以求出整幅图的拉密度。实际研究表明,所提出的方法在针织物行业里是尚属独有的,运算量小、实时性高,具有很大的普适性,非常适合于在针织物的图像检测领域大量推广,具有广泛的实际应用价值。
In the textile industry in the knitted fabric's density detection is necessary,and the patterned knitted fabric density detecting faces a lot of difficulties,in order to solve this problem,put forward to the patterned knitted fabric knitted part identification screening after calculation.Firstly preprocessed image into blocks,using the gray level co-occurrence matrix analysis,to seek the optimum standard plain block pulls the density can be obtained,according to the proportion of the image of this.According to the results of the research,the proposed method in knitting industry is unique,small calculating amount,high real-time performance,has great universality,very suitable for knitted fabric image detection field widely,have extensive actual application value.
