摘要
传统的烷基烯酮二聚物(AKD)专用淀粉采用木薯原淀粉湿法工艺制备。该文研究了玉米半干法生产AKD专用淀粉的工艺及其乳化的AKD乳液的稳定性能。结果表明,过氧化氢用量8%、反应温度60℃和反应3h等工艺条件对AKD蜡粉具有良好的乳化稳定作用,与木薯湿法制备的AKD专用淀粉比较无明显区别。
Traditional AKD special starch is prepared by cassava starch wet process. This paper studied AKD special starch preparation technology by corn semi-dried process, and AKD emulsion stability emulsified by the starch. Results showed that under process conditions of hydrogen peroxide solution dosage 8%, reaction temperature 60 ℃, reaction time 3 hours, prepared starch is good for AKD emulsion stability, which has comparable function with AKD special starch prepared by cassava wet process.
