摘要
分别研究了二磺液体荧光增白剂BA-L和六磺液体荧光增白剂HST在造纸应用中的添加工艺。研究表明,二磺液体荧光增白剂BA—L用于浆内增白时,其最佳浓度为0.6%质量分数(相对于纸浆干质量),最佳搅拌时间约为10min;以1%质量分数(相对于胶液总质量)的醚化淀粉配制成表面施胶液,加入10%(相对于醚化淀粉固含量)六磺液体荧光增白剂HST后,与原纸相比,白度增幅达到55%以上;涂料固含量30%,六磺液体荧光增白剂HST添加量为0.8%(相对于纸浆干质量),涂布后纸页CIE白度较空白样提高55.57%.且经UV照射进行白度耐久性测试.该用量下白度损失最小,仅为4.65%。
Application of liquid fluorescent whitening agents, BA-L of disulfonic type and HST of hexasulfonic type, in papermaking was studied. The research shows that optimum BA-L dosage is 0.6% (relative to pulp weight) and optimum stirring time is about 10 minutes when used in pulp internal whitening. With addition of 10% HST of hexasulfonic type liquid fluorescent whitening agent(relative to etherified starch solid content), the surface sizing agent formulated by 1% etherified starch(relative to total sizing solution mass) increases whiteness by more than 55% when compared with base paper. When coat solid content is 30% and HST addition amount is 0.8% (relative to bone dry pulp weight), CIE whiteness of coated paper increases by 55.57% over blank sample. And paper whiteness durability test by UV irradiation shows that whiteness loss is minimum, only 4.65%.
