The structural mismatch of resources in China has reached a tipping point, which has complicated analysis andregulation of the macro economy. Experts say the government needs to foster new dynamics for long-term economic growth by decentral- izing approval permissions, cutting back on government intervention in the economy, and bringing in private capital.
