Against the background of the continuing global economic reces- sion, the Chinese economy isseeking to improve through greater stabil- ity. Regulation of the real estate market is being improved; however, there＇s a lack of confidence in stock market invest- ment. These are some of the conclusions contained in the ＂Consumption MarketDevelopment Report 2013＂ published by the Chinese Academy of International Trade and Economic Cooperation.
