2012年7—12月我院人血白蛋白临床应用分析

Analysis on The Clinical Application of Human Serum Albumin in Our Hospital During July-Dec.Period of 2012

目的:了解我院人血白蛋白的临床使用情况,为临床使用该药提供参考。方法:利用我院医院信息化系统及数字化病历管理系统,提取2012年7—12月我院临床人血白蛋白使用的相关数据,进行回顾性调查与分析。结果:我院人血白蛋白的使用范围涉及全院24个临床科室,主要以外科为主;患者单次用量为10～40 g不等,每位患者总用量为10～830 g不等,以用量在70 g以内为主;用药时间多为3 d左右。病程中记录的用药原因主要为低蛋白血症。结论:我院人血白蛋白的使用在外科系统较为广泛,使用该药时,医师需严格把握用药指征。

OBJECTIVE ： To evaluate the clinical application of human serum albumin in our hospital for reference of clinical use of this kind of drugs. METHODS： By using hospital information system and digitized management system on medical records, the application data of human serum albumin in our hospital during July-Dec. period of 2012 were reviewed and which were analyzed retrospectively. RESULTS： In our hospital, 24 clinical departments were involved in the use of human serum albumin, mainly in surgical department. The patients received single dose of 10 - 40 g with total dose per patients ranging from 10g to 830g, mainly at a dose of within 70g. Mostly, the patients received human serum albumin for duration of 3 days or so. According to the record about the course of treatment, human serum albumin was mainly used for hypoproteinemia. CONCLUSION： Human serum albumin is widely used in surgical patients in our hospital. It is important for physicians to strictly follow the indications of medication in using human serum albumin.
