摘要
目的:制定消炎止痒洗剂的质量标准。方法:采用薄层色谱(TLC)法对本品处方中的黄柏、黄连、黄芩、苦参4味中药进行了鉴别;应用高效液相色谱(HPLC)法对消炎止痒洗剂中的有效成分进行了含量测定。结果:TLC法鉴别结果特异性强,重现性良好;含量测定符合《中华人民共和国药典》(2010年版)中HPLC法(附录ⅥD)的要求。结论:本项研究可作为日后制定消炎止痒洗剂质量标准的依据。
OBJECTIVE： To establish the quality standard of Anti-inflarmnatory Anti-itching Lotion. METHODS： The components in the lotion including Amur corktree bark, Coptis chinensis and Scutellaria baicalensis and Radix sophorae flavescentis were identify by TLC. The content of the active component in this lotion was determined by HPLC. RESULTS： The TLC identification results showed strong specificity and reproducibility. The HPLC determination was up to the standard of HPLC method specified in Chinese pharmacopoeia （2010） （appendix VI D）. CONCLUSION： This study serves as a basis for establishin~ the quality standard of Anti-irdlammatorv Anti-itchinz Lotion.
