建立“班级职业场” 提高学生职业自我效能感

摘要 本文结合实际工作中的点滴进行了职业自我效能感和学校专业教学的研究,本着"班级环境要适合职业教育特色"的原则,提出了"班级职业场"的建设思想,并将职业指导思想渗透到"班级职业场"建设中,取得了良好效果。
