CA125、CA724和CEA联合检测在卵巢癌诊断中的价值

目的探讨联合检测肿瘤标志物CA125、CA724、和CEA在卵巢癌诊断、疗效及预后判断中的价值。方法用电化学发光法检测卵巢癌患者血清中CA125、CA724、和CEA的含量,分析单独检测与联合检测的敏感性有无统计学差异,分析各项指标与卵巢癌诊断、疗效及预后判断的相关性。结果卵巢癌患者CA125、CA724、和CEA水平分别为(226.20士163.70)U/ml,(12.28士10.22)U/ml,(11.14士4.81)U/ml;卵巢良性肿瘤患者分别为(34.10士13.49)U/ml,(5.06士5.17)U/ml,(3.86士2.44)U/ml;健康人群分别为(13.98士5.88)U/ml,(2.17士1.95)U/ml,(2.31士1.52)U/ml。CA125、CA724和CEA单独及联合检测对卵巢癌诊断的敏感性差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。术前、术后卵巢癌患者血清CA125,CA724,CEA阳性例数比较,差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。结论血清CA125、CA724和CEA联合检测可显著提高对卵巢癌检测的敏感性,可提高卵巢癌的阳性检出率。

Objective To study the value of the diagnose ovary cancer by joint detection of CA125 ,CA724 and CEA. Methods The level of CA125 and CA199 in the serum of patients with ovary cancer were analyzed. The sensitivity of detecting alone CA125 ,CA724 or CEA and detecting joint CA125 ,CA724 and CEA were analyzed. Results The level of CA125 ,CA724 and CEA were（226.20 ± 163.70） U/ml, （ 12.28 ± 10.22） U/ml, （ 11.14 ±4.81 ） U/ ml for the patients with ovary cancer, （34.10± 13.49） U/ml, （5.06 ±5.17） U/ml, （3.86 ± 2.44） U/ml for the patients with benign tumor of ovary, （ 13.98 ± 5.88） U/ml, （2.17 ± 1.95 ） U/ml, （2.31 ± 1.52） U/ml for the health persons. There was remarkable difference between detecting alone CA125 ,CA724 or CEA and detecting joint CA125 ,CA724 and CEA for the sensitivity of the ovary cancer detection（P 〈 0.05 ）. There was remarkable difference among the clinic stages for the positive detectable rates of CA125 or CA199 of the patients（ P 〈 0.01 ）. Conclusion The joint detection of CA125 ,CA724 and CEA can significantly improve the sensitivity of detecting ovary cancer and the positive decectable rate of ovary cancer in difference pathologic types and the clinic stages.
