调脂胶囊治疗高脂血症122例疗效观察

Observation on Hyperlipemia Treated with Tiaozhi Capsule(调脂胶囊),a Report of 122 Cases

采用调脂胶囊治疗高脂血症 12 2例 ,并与用月见草油丸治疗 74例作对照。结果 :治疗组临床控制 2 4例 ,显效 47例 ,有效 2 9例 ,无效 2 2例 ,总有效率为 81.97% ;对照组临床控制 11例 ,显效 2 2例 ,有效 15例 ,无效 2 6例 ,总有效率为6 4.86 %。两组总有效率比较 ,差异显著 (U=2 .17,P<0 .0 5 )。并对两组血脂变化 ,临床症状改善情况进行比较 ,亦存在明显差异。提示 :调脂胶囊治疗高脂血症疗效满意。

cases of hyperlipemia were treated with Tiaozhi Capsule,and in the control group 74 cases treated with Evening Primrose Pill(月见草油丸,EPP).Result:In the treatment group,24 cases were clinically controlled,47 cases took apparent effect,29 cases effective,22 cases had no effect.The total effective rate was 81.97%.While in the control group,the number was 11,22,15,26 respectively,the total effective rate was 64.86%.The two groups had apparent difference in the total effective rate.There also had apparent difference between the two groups in the variation of blood lipoid,improvement of the clinical symptom.Conclusion:The effect of the treatment on hyperlipemia by Tiaozhi Capsule was satisfactory.
