中药治疗抗精子抗体阳性男性不育症92例疗效观察

Observation on the Treatment of Male Antispermagglutinin with Chinese Herbs,a Report of 92 Cases

采用自拟中药方治疗抗精子抗体阳性男性不育症 92例 ,与单纯采用西药治疗 40例作对照。结果 :治疗组痊愈 74例 ,好转 9例 ,无效 9例 ,总有效率为 90 .2 2 % ;对照组痊愈 12例 ,好转 3例 ,无效 2 5例 ,总有效率为 37.5 0 %。两组总有效率相比 ,差异非常显著 (χ2 =6 .6 3,P<0 .0 1)

cases of male antispermagglutinin were treated with formula made by the author themselves,40 cases only treated with WM drugs were set up as the control group. Result: In the treatment group, 74 cases cured,9 cases turn better, 9 cases took no effect, the total effective rate was 90.22%; While in the control group, the number was 12,3,25 respectively, the total effective rate was 37.50%.There were significant differences between the two groups(χ 2=6.63,P<0 01).
