复方丹参滴丸对实验性豚鼠耳中毒的影响

摘要 目的 :观察复方丹参滴丸对豚鼠卡那霉素 (Kanamycin)耳中毒的影响。方法 :建立豚鼠 Kanam ycin耳中毒模型 ,分别以复方丹参滴丸水溶液、生理盐水对观察组、对照组实验动物模型进行干预 ,比较两组听神经复合电位 (CAP)、部分血液流变学、SOD和 MDA参数变化。结果 :与对照组相比 ,观察组 CA P阈值明显降低 (t=2 .2 3,P<0 .0 5 ) ;ηb、ηp、RE、IR有明显改善作用 (t=2 .2 1、2 .14、2 .2 8、2 .38、3.0 2 ,P<0 .0 5 ) ;SOD、MDA明显减轻 (t=3.5 6 7,P<0 .0 1;t=2 .476 ,P<0 .0 5 )。结论 :Kanam ycin耳中毒模型可以反映豚鼠听力损害。复方丹参滴丸可能是通过改善豚鼠内耳微循环、血液流变 ,减轻毛细胞脂质过氧化损害。提示 :Kanamycin耳中毒机理与内耳毛细胞脂质过氧化有关 ,复方丹参滴丸可治疗 Kanamycin耳中毒损害。 Objective:To study the effect of compound Danshin guttae on ototoxicosis of Kanamycin in guinea pigs.Method:The model of ototxicosis of Kanamycin in guinea pigs was made.The experimental animal model in the observed group and the control group were affected by compound danshin guttae solusion and NS respertively.The complex action potential (CAP) of auditory nerve,the partial hemorrheologic indexes and variation of parameters such as SOD and MDA in the two groups were compared.Result:In comparision with the control group,the threshold of CAP in the observed group was reduced significantly(t=2.23,P<0.05);ηb,ηp,RE,IR were improved apparently(t=2.21,2.14,2.28,2.38,3.02,P<0.05);SOD and MDA were reduced significantly(t=3.567,P<0.01;t=2.476,P<0 05).Conclusion:The model of ototoxicosis of Kanamycin could reflect the hearing injury in guinea pigs.Compound danshin guttae probably took effect through the ways of improving the microcirculation in the inner ear and blood flowing,in the same time reducing the injury of lipoid peroxidation to hairy cells.This showed that the mechanism of ototoxicosis of Kanamycin possibly with relation to lipoid peroxidation of the hairy cells in the inner ear.Compound danshin guttae could treat ototoxicosis of Kanamycin.
