摘要
目的 神经肽与经典神经递质共同参与着神经系统突触间信息传递 ,同时脊髓损伤部位神经肽的变化与神经细胞继发性改变也有密切关系 ,因此探讨脊髓损伤后中枢神经肽的变化对进一步阐明中枢与脊髓之间关系非常有益。方法 将Wistar大鼠手术处理后分为脊髓压迫组、挫伤组、离断组、假手术组、正常对照组。术后 2 4小时心内灌注取脑 ,再冠状面分区切取不同部位脑片 ,常规操作进行 β 内啡肽和神经肽Y免疫组化反应。 结果 损伤组 β 内啡肽阳性表达明显高于对照组 ,脊髓横断组比其他两组更高 ;神经肽Y阳性表达明显低于对照组 ,脊髓横断组比其他两组更低。结论 (1)脊髓损伤对大脑中枢神经肽的表达存在显著影响 ;(2 )脊髓与中枢正常状态的神经联系中断对研究结果影响更加明显。
Objective The changes of some neuropeptides were observed in brain slices of rats with spinal cord damage. Methods The experimental rats were divided into five groups:spinal cord occupied,contused,transected,false-operation groups and normal control.24 hours after operation,all animals were sacrificed,and brain slices produced.Then the immuno-histochemical reactions of β-endorphin and neuropeptide Y were observed.Results The changes of the experiments were that the positive neurons were found to decrease significantly,with the transected group as the lowest.Conclusion These results suggest that some neuroeptides in neurons of rat brain respond to the change of spinal cord.
