全结肠净化排毒治疗慢性肾功能衰竭患者的护理分析

The nursing analysis of the whole colon purification detox therapy in patients with chronic renal failure

目的探讨全结肠净化排毒在慢性。肾功能衰竭患者中的应用效果及护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院收治的10例慢性肾功能衰竭患者的临床资料，该组患者均采用全结肠净化排毒治疗，治疗期间均加强护理以预防心理问题和并发症的出现，比较患者治疗前后的肾功能和临床症状积分的变化。结果3例患者死亡，1例患者11个月后开始腹膜透析，治疗后尿素氮（BUN）、肌酐（Cr）低于治疗前，内生肌酐清除率（Ccr）高于治疗前（P〈0．05）。患者治疗后的症状积分显著低于治疗前（P〈0．05）。所有患者治疗期间无明显不良反应出现。结论全结肠净化排毒治疗可显著改善慢性肾功能衰竭临床症状，提高患者的生活质量。

Objective To explore the application effect and nursing methods of the whole colon purification detox therapy in patients with chronic renal failure . Methods Clinical data of 10 cases of patients with chronic renal failure was analyzed retrospectively. All patients were used the whole colon purification detox treatment, and nursing was strengthened during treatment in order to prevent psychological problems and complicatioils. The renal function and clinical symptom score changes were compared before and after treatment. Results It showed 3 patients died, 1 patient began to adopt peritoneal dialysis after 11 months. After treatment, blood urea nitrogen （Bun） , creatinine （Scr） were lower than those before treatment, endogenous creatinine clearance rate （Ccr） was higher than that before treatment （P 〈 0. 05 ） . The symptom score after treatment was significantly lower than that before treatment （ P 〈 0. 05 ） . All patients had no obvious adverse reaction during treatment. Conclusions Whole colon purification detox treatment can significandy improve the clinical symptoms of chronic renal failure and the life quality of patients.
