Application of Morse fall scale in the cancer in- patients

目的观察Morse跌倒评估量表在肿瘤住院患者中的应用效果。方法将214例肿瘤住院患者随机分为对照组和观察组，每组107例。对照组采用常规评估方法进行评估，观察组采用Morse跌倒评估量表进行评估，以患者实际发生跌倒的例数为评价标准。结果两组患者实际跌倒的例数及健康教育知识掌握情况具有明显差异，均有统计学意义（P〈0．05）。结论Morse跌倒评估量表作为一种公认的评估工具，做到以患者为中心，有效预防住院患者由于跌倒引起的意外伤害，从而减少医疗纠纷，提高了患者对科室的满意度。

Objective To observe the application effect of Morse fall scale in the cancer in - patients. Methods The 214 cases of the cancer in - patients were randomly divided into control group and observation group with 107 cases in each group. The control group were assessed through the routine method and the observational group were assessed through Morse fall scale. The actual falls of patients was as the evaluation criteria. Results Significant differences were observed in the actual falls of patients and health education between two groups （ P 〈 0. 05） . Conclusions As a recognized assessment tool, Morse fall scale was patient - centered and effective in preventing in - patients fall, it can reduce medical disputes and increase the satisfaction degree of patients.
