不同学历妇科护士对妇科肿瘤护理的认知现状调查

Study on the cognition of different academic background gynecology nurse in gyne- cologic tumor nursing

目的分析不同学历妇科护士对妇科肿瘤护理相关知识需求、心理护理、临终关怀3方面的认知现状，并提出相应对策。方法抽取我院妇科不同学历注册的在职护士36名，进行问卷调查。结果妇科护士对妇科肿瘤护理相关知识需求、心理护理、临终关怀3方面的认知在不同学历组之间差异有统计学意义（P〈0．01）。结论加强妇科肿瘤专科护士的培养，建立有效的专科护理模式，使更多高学历的护理人才进入肿瘤专科护理队伍。

Objective To investigate the cognition status about the knowledge demand for nursing care, psychological nursing and hospice care in gynecologic tumor patients, and put forward the countermeasure. Methods Totaled of 36 different academic background gynecology nurses were selected and were divided into two groups. They all investigated with the questionnaires. Results The nurses with different educational background had obviously different thoughts with nursing care content, mental nursing support, and hospice care. Conclusions It is necessary to accelerate the professional establishment of gynecologic tumor nursing teams and carry out effective health service to woman tumor patients.
