腹膜透析合并肝癌引发血性腹水一例并文献复习

摘要 随着慢性肾脏病发病率增高，终末期肾病（ESRD）患者合并肿瘤逐年增多。最近我科对1例进行持续非卧床腹膜透忻（CAPD）合并肝癌、血性腹水患者进行肝脏部分切除手术冶疗，术后经血液透析过渡后，成功再次行腹膜透析治疗，效果良好，现总结临床病历资料并复习相关文献如下。
