摘要
探讨实验性肝癌中微量元素的变化及其与肝癌的关系。应用分析型电镜对实验性肝癌组织进行微量元素 Cu、 Zn、Fe原位定性和定量分析。结果表明 :实验组肝癌组织微量元素 Cu、 Zn、 Fe含量分别为 (3.38± 4.6 3)、 (2 .11± 2 .76 )和 0 ,对照组为 (6 .86± 15 .0 8)、 (4.88± 10 .91)和 (2 .2 6± 1.46 ) ,两组相比差异有显著性意义。提示 :微量元素的变化与实验性肝癌的发生发展密切相关 ,分析电镜的应用为微量元素的分析测定及探讨微量元素与肿瘤关系的研究开辟了一条新的途径。
To investigate the relationship between the change in trace elements and hepatocarcinoma in experimental hepatocarcinoma induced by diethylnitrosamine, quantitation and quality of trace elements including Cu, Zn, Fe were analyzed by electron probe microanalysis in murine experimental hepatocarcinoma. The results showed that the contents of trace elements Cu Zn and Fe in experimental hepatocarcinoma was significantly lower than that in the control group and normal liver tissue. It was suggested that trace elements were associated with genesis and development of hepatocarcinoma and electron probe microanalysis might provide a new way to analyze trace elements and to study the relationship between trace elements and tumor.
