肝硬化腹水大鼠肾脏一氧化氮合酶(NOS)免疫组织化学研究

摘要 为探讨肝硬化腹水大鼠钠潴留的发生机制 ,应用免疫组织化学法对胆管结扎诱导的胆汁性肝硬化腹水大鼠和假手术大鼠肾组织内皮型一氧化氮合酶 (e NOS)及诱导型一氧化氮合酶 (i NOS)的表达进行比较性研究。结果显示二组大鼠肾组织 e NOS表达无显著性差异 ,而 i NOS在肝硬化腹水大鼠呈强阳性表达 ,在假手术大鼠则为阴性。提示胆汁性肝硬化腹水大鼠肾脏 i NOS表达显著增高 ,肾脏 NO途径可能参与了肝硬化钠潴留的发生机制。 To investigate the pathogenesis of sodium retention in cirrhotic rats with ascites, comparative studies on the expression of endothelial nitric oxide synthase (eNOS) and inducible NOS (iNOS) in kidney of biliary cirrhotic rats with ascites induced by bile duct ligation (BDL) and sham operated rats were performed by using immunohistochemical method. It was found that there was no significant difference in the expression of eNOS between the two groups. The expression of iNOS in kidney of cirrhotic rats with ascites was strong positive, but it was negative in sham operated rats. It was suggested that the expression of iNOS in kidney of biliary cirrhotic rats with ascites was significantly increased. NO in kidney may participate in the pathogenesis of sodium retention of cirrhosis.
