影响超早期溶栓治疗脑梗塞疗效因素的研究

Study of Thrombolytic Therapy for Hyperacute Ischemic Stroke and Factors Affecting Outcome

为探讨影响超早期溶栓治疗脑梗塞疗效可能的因素 ,将 5 4例患者分为溶栓治疗组和对照组。在治疗前 ,治疗后 2 4h、 3个月分别进行 ESS、Barthel指数和 Rankin评分 ,比较分析前后治疗效果及其影响因素。结果提示 :早期CT扫描的结果、溶栓治疗前病情的轻重是影响溶栓治疗效果的独立因素 ,而病因、起病形式、溶栓后早期再灌注等可能对溶栓的效果也有影响。

In order to investigate the possible factors affecting the outcome of hyperacute thrombolytic therapy in ischemic stroke patients, the hospitalized 54 patients were divided into the control group and the thrombolytic therapy group. ESS, Barthel index and Rankin scale were measured before treatment, 24 h and 3 months after treatment in order to compare the therapeutic effects and to study the factors affecting the outcome. The results demonstrated that the early CT findings and the severity of illness were the independent factors affecting the outcome of thrombolytic therapy. Etiology, Onset form, early reperfusion may also affect the outcome.
