痹痛康对小鼠免疫功能及细胞因子影响的实验研究 被引量:14

Effect of Bitongkang on Immunofunction and Cyctokine in Mice

摘要 研究了中药复方痹痛康对正常小鼠T细胞免疫功能及部分炎症细胞因子的影响。结果表明 ,痹痛康大、中、小剂量组对小鼠伴刀豆蛋白A(ConA)诱导的脾脏T淋巴细胞增殖均有显著的抑制作用 ,其作用强度与强的松相似 ;可抑制小鼠腹腔巨噬细胞分泌白细胞介素 - 1(IL - 1)和肿瘤坏死因子 (TNF -α)等炎症细胞因子。其对T细胞免疫及炎症细胞因子的较强的免疫抑制作用 。 The effects of Bitongkang, a compound recipe on immunofunction of T lymphocyte and part of cytokines were examined. The results showed Bitongkang(10.7 g/kg, 5.3 g/kg, 2.7 g/kg) could inhibit the proliferation of T lymphocyte induced by ConA in normal mice. The intensity of inhibition was similar with the prednisone acetate. Bitongkang was able to inhibit the production of TNF-α and IL-1 produced by normal mice peritoneal M. One of the mechanisms of bitongkang on rheumatoid arthritis probably related to its inhibition on the proliferation of T lymphocyte and the production of TNF-α and IL-1.
