萃取-导数分光光度法测定橙汁鱼油中维生素A的含量

Determination of vitamin A in ChengzhiYuyou by using extraction derivative spectrophotometry

[目的 ]研究简便、快速地测定橙汁鱼油中维生素A含量的方法 .[方法 ]用环已烷萃取橙汁鱼油中的维生素A后 ,用一阶导数分光光度法测定其含量 .[结果 ]其平均回收率为 99.2 5 % ,变异系数为 2 .6 6 % (n =6 ) .[结论 ]本法简便、快速。

OBJECTIVE To study a simple and rapid method to determine vitamin A in the ChengzhiYuyou(made from orange juice and fish liver oil). METHODS Vitamin A extracted from ChengzhiYuyou by using cyclohexane was determined by using the first derivative spectrophotometry. RESULTS The average recovery was 99.25% and the coefficient of variation was 2.66%(n=6). CONCLUSION The method is simple, rapid and needs less amount of reagent.
