肘关节僵硬的肱尺关节成形术

Elbow ankylosis treatment by ulnohumeral arthroplasty

[目的 ]探讨简便、有效的肘关节僵硬成形术 .[方法 ]通过整形尺骨鹰嘴窝的方法扩大肘关节的活动范围 .[结果 ]对 16例接受过肱尺关节成形手术的患者作了 18个月的随访观察 ,结果满意 .[结论 ]肱尺关节成形手术操作简便 ,缩短手术时间 ,安全可靠 。

OBJECTIVE To study the effective elbow ankylosis using ulnohumeral arthroplasty. METHODS To enlarge the area of elbow movement by coring out and excising a ring of bone and all the osteophytes from both the olecranon and the coronoid fossae. RESULTS The effect are satisfactory by following up on this procedure for over 18 months on 16 cases. CONCLUSION The statistics and its analysis show that this type of surgery is simple,easy, safe and effective.
