外伤性心包填塞6例救治体会

Diagnosis and treatment of traumatic pericardial tamponade——report of 6 cases

[背景 ]心包填塞起病急、变化快、病情重 ,对循环生理的影响大 ,可在短时间内成死亡 .[病例报告 ]6例外伤性心包填塞病人中首例因开胸过晚造成死亡 ,后 5例吸取教训积极开胸均获得满意疗效 .[讨论 ]对于心前区的锐器伤只要有不能用其他原因解释的血压改变 ,即应积极剖胸探查 。

BACKGROUND Pericardial tamponade, a disease with quick onset and changes, and serious condition, has an obvious affect on circulative physiology, and causes death in a short time. CASE REPORT One case of 6 patients with traumatic pericardial tamponade died due to the delayed thoracotomy. However, the treatment was satisfactory in the remained 5 cases because of the earlier application of thoracotomy. DISCUSSION It is better to perform thracotomy as early as possible in the case of sharp precordial wound with unknown changes of blood pressure.
