地高辛口服液的制备及应用

The preparation and clinical application of digoxin oral solution

目的 :研制地高辛口服液 ,并应用于临床。方法 :以地高辛 ,β 环糊精为主要成分 ,采用分光光度法测定含量 ;以心功能不全儿童患者为试用对象。结果 :制剂室温贮存稳定性好 ;经临床应用 2 4 8例 ,总有效率 98%。结论 :本品是治疗儿童心功能不全的理想制剂 ,值得临床推广使用。

OBJECTIVE:To study the preparation and application of digoxin oral solution.METHODS:Digoxin and β-cyclodetrin were used as main compositions.The content was determined by spectrepholometry,the children with cardial insuficiency were administrated for clinical test.RESULTS:The preparation is stable when storing at room temperature.In 248 patients,the total efficiency rate was 98%.CONCLUSION:The product has obvious effect on cardiac insuficiency.
