摘要
目的 :探讨肝欣液保肝降酶的作用。方法 :用肝欣液的两种浓度 ,小鼠连续灌胃 7天 ,用四氯化碳(CCl4 )诱发小鼠肝损伤 ,以生理盐水作空白对照和CCl4 肝损伤作模型对照 ,作血清谷丙转氨酶 (SGPT)检测和病理组织观察。结果 :肝欣液大小两个剂量组SGPT数值略高于空白对照组 ,但无统计学差异 (P >0 0 5 ) ,而与模型对照组比较 ,则SGPT显著下降 (P <0 0 1) ;病理观察 :肝欣液大小剂量组小鼠肝细胞损伤性病变较轻 ,大剂量组病变又轻于小剂量组。结论 :肝欣液大小剂量组均能对抗CCl4 所致小鼠SGPT增高 ,减轻肝组织的病理性损伤 ,尤以大剂量组效果更为突出 ,有明显的保肝降酶作用。
Objective: Inquire into the role of Gan Xin Liquid in protecting liver and reducing enzyme. Method: Two different dosages of Gan Xin liquid were fed to mice for seven days on end, liver injury was induced in mice by CCl 4, and serum glutamic pyruvic transaminase(SGPT) was determined and pathological examination was done. Results: The SGPT value in the two different doses(large and small) of Gan Xin liquid groups is slightly higher than ahat in the normal control group (P>0.05), and compared with the positive control group (untreated group), SGPT is lowered down significantly (P<0.01); Pathological observation: The liver cell injury of the mice is less serious in both large and small dose groups of Gan Xin liquid, especially in large dose group the effect is more obvious. Conclusions: In both of the large and small dose groups Gan Xin liquid can resist the SGPT increase in mice caused by CCl 4 and these reduce the pathological injury in liver tissue, which is more significant in large dose group, and Gan Xin liquid proves to have outstanding liver protecting and enzyme reducing action.
