摘要
在吸收传统国内外同类技术优点和克服其不足基础上自主研制、原始创新,设计出一种多机型轮式拖拉机总装配线接车下线新型工艺方法和新型设备,经生产验证,各项工艺指标均优于或持平于传统制造技术。重点介绍了设备机械结构设计的方法和过程,设计过程中如何运用物理学原理和机械知识确定设备结构,达到设备设计功能;以及针对功能、结构技术难题如何采用相应的设计策略和技巧。
Based on independent research and original innovation, new technology and off-line receiving equipment are designed, which are used for wheeled tractor assembling line. The production verification shows that each technic index is better than or same as that of traditional manufacturing technology. The paper briefly introduces the method and process of the equipment mechanical structure design, and how to use the physics principle and mechanical knowledge to determine the equipment structure, and how to adopt the corresponding design strategy and skills according to the function, structure and technical problems.
